Jasmine Hopson is an incoming freshman at Tougaloo College who has received a full ride. She will be pursuing a bachelor's degree in biology. Upon her arrival, Jasmine will be singing in the Tougaloo Choir. In her graduating class, she was the valedictorian. She embodies this title by representing young black girls who aspire to reach similar heights. After college, she aims to help others gain confidence in themselves through her work as a dentist.
