Madelaine Pare

Madelaine Pare (Maddie) will attend the University of Wisconsin-Madison as a freshman this fall. She will pursue the Applied Mathematics, Engineering, and Physics degree program in preparation for a career in space science. She's been exploring the world of astroparticle physics through the IceCube: Into the Cosmos internship, self-guided research on muon flux, and mentoring in particle physics camps. In addition to her passion for science, she's a pre-professional modern dancer. She is often found in the dance studio or on stage when she's not studying or researching.
