Ahnna is a Providence College in Rhode Island freshman who moved into school early as part of the women's soccer team. She plans on pursuing a degree in biology and potentially a minor in Spanish before attending medical school post-graduation.

The NSHSS Research and Academic Paper Scholarship recognizes students for their excellence in written academic papers as class assignments in high school, such as a research paper, an original essay, or an analytical paper.
