Kyissa Baccus

Kyissa has been described as an exemplary student, demonstrating outstanding character with significant talent both academically and athletically. She always holds herself to a high standard and puts forth nothing less than 100%. But Kyissa really stands out in her motivation creativity and passion for extra curricular activities. Kyissa played girls volleyball for Newport High School for six years, making the Volleyball All Tournament Team in 2020. She played basketball for four years and track and field for one year. She is a member of Upward Bound, the Gifted & Talented Program, Strategic Planning Committee, and Outdoor Adventure Club.
