Sulia Chang loves being a leader in her society. Through her efforts (with many others), Sulia has been able to improve the lives of others, organize beneficial events, and grow as a leader among many. She is very passionate about leadership in her school, the Appleton, WI community, and always puts her best foot forward to deliver positive results through her involvement, commitments, and extracurriculars.
