Sydney Nikole Vaughn is an incoming freshman at Brown University in the Program for Liberal Medical Education (BS/MD program). Sydney leads in her community by working to find ways to provide medical care (free of charge), in addition to advocating for equitable medical care. While at Brown University, Sydney hopes to study Public Health and languages to understand better how to communicate directly with her patients. In her spare time, Sydney helped raise a future service dog via Canine Companions, began working on a non-profit called "Breakfast with the Homies," and was a lead ambassador on campus in high school.

The G Goff Foundation is sponsoring the Greg Goff Leadership Award college scholarships based on outstanding leadership to help encourage and recognize young leaders in their schools and communities and to help invest in their higher education.
