Laura Roberts
Laura Roberts has been teaching science in the Central Florida area for 25 years and teaching at Veritas Academy of Central Florida for 12 of those years. She studied Animal Science at the University of Florida and earned a BS in Cardiopulmonary Science from the University of Central Florida. She is nearing the completion of a MA in Christian Education from Whitefield Theological Seminary. When she is not teaching formally, Mrs. Roberts enjoys sharing her love of nature with others through her wildlife education business.
NSHSS is always looking to find ways to support our network of educators, especially those who are constantly looking to support their students. To help offset the financial burden, NSHSS is awarding fifteen (15) high school educators $500 grants to help provide additional opportunities to their students and classrooms.
