Ulysses

Associate Director of Undergraduate Admissions

Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute

Ulysses is Associate Director of Undergraduate Admissions at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is in charge of underrepresented recruitment and the admissions liaison for the university’s School of Science. He’s been at RPI since 2006. Prior to his time at RPI, Ulysses was a high school teacher, coach, and administrator for over 15 years.

Mame Mor Ndiaye

Associate Dean of International Admissions

Wake Forest University

Mame Mor Ndiaye serves as the Associate Dean of International Admissions at Wake Forest University. In his role, he is in charge of the international student recruitment, international applications review and international organizations partnerships.
As a former international student himself, Mame Mor is originally from Senegal, West Africa, and moved to the US after growing up in Senegal and lived for a few years in France. He is passionate about the international student experience in the US, creating diverse pipelines for student engagement on US campuses and finding their best college fit. He is also an avid soccer fan and a coffee aficionado.
Mame Mor is a member of the International ACAC (Association of College Admissions Counseling) and serves as a co-chair of the Professional Development Committee of the organization. He has previously worked at many institutions such as Washington University in St. Louis and Northwestern University.

Caroline Ward

Regional Dean

William and Mary 

Caroline Ward has been working at William & Mary since 2017 and holds a Master of Education from the university. She is the regional dean for students attending school in Washington D.C. and international locations. Working in higher education has always appealed to her. It is an important decision for a student to choose which university they want to begin their journey. To be a part of that decision is an honor and extremely rewarding! Whether it is introducing a student to W&M or furthering them along in the process of admission, it is fun and exciting.

Joanne Hernandez is a Freshman Admissions Counselor with UC Santa Barbara, as well as a proud UCSB alumni. They are passionate about connecting with students and helping them explore higher education options that are right for them. In their free time, Joanne loves to read, try new recipes, and spend time with friends and family!
