Christopher Robinson
My name is Christopher Robinson, II. I am a freshman at High Point University this fall 2022 where I will begin my instrumental studies major. I have always been an honor roll student. I won several awards in oratorical contests, county science fairs, and sports activities. I have also learned how to play the trumpet. I have attended the DC Youth Orchestra Program for almost 15 years. I committed over 455 Saturdays rehearsing and over 840 hours a year practicing my trumpet. My educational and professional goal is to graduate from HPU with honors, pursue a master's degree in music composition and become a music-film composer. Over the years, I learned that it takes perseverance, diligence, and hard work to reach my goals. I want to continue demonstrating this same commitment as a man of God, a husband, and a father. My ultimate goal is to meet the call of God and, as I have learned, always make a spiritual, natural, and financial deposit in the next generation.
