Raphael Stark
16-year-old Raphael Stark is a homeschooled junior. He founded a non-profit support group called CHATS: Caring for Hawaii Teens with Speech Challenges, the only organization in Hawaii dedicated to bringing hope and encouragement to fellow teens ages 13 to 18 with speech challenges. Raphael’s support group, CHATS, has partnered with Mental Health America of Hawaii and Spill the Tea Café, a mental health clinic for teens. Raphael’s mission is to help teens find their voice and teach the community to listen.
