Meleana Jacinto Suarez

Meleana Suarez attends San Diego State University and is proud to have won the Speak Up Scholarship. She wants to make a change in her community, and by furthering her education, she is growing as an individual to spark that change. In college, Meleana is majoring in political science. She plans to take that degree to build her community by creating a nonprofit or speaking to her generation about things we can do to change our world today. Change starts today with working hard and giving back to our community one step at a time.
