This grant will allow our school district to purchase items we desperately need. We are always trying to make by whenever we can, but these funds will give us some breathing room to provide quality education to our scholars. Every year we are usually faced with picking and choosing what we feel is most necessary to run our programs; however, with generous funding through grants like these, we can offer something so much more. We are grateful for this opportunity and even more blessed that we were chosen from the large candidate pool. For those candidates out there who feel that the probability is so low for receiving grants, please do not be discouraged. Please apply regardless; there are organizations like this one who are looking for you and hope to be able to give whatever they can so our youth can have the experiences they deserve.
