Classroom Digital Access Grant
Two (2) $1,000 grants
Any high school educator* currently employed at a public or private high school in the United States or internationally.
*We invite school social workers, counselors, homeschool educators, test prep professionals, teachers, administrators, etc. to register for free as an NSHSS educator and begin applying for NSHSS grants.
Grant Details:
The National Society of High School Scholars (NSHSS) recognizes the importance of equitable access to technology in creating meaningful learning opportunities for all students. By expanding digital access, educators can help close opportunity gaps, foster engagement, and prepare students with the skills needed to succeed in an increasingly digital world.
To support these efforts, NSHSS is awarding two (2) $1,000 grants to educators working to bridge the digital divide in their classrooms. Funds may be used for technology tools, equipment, connectivity solutions, or innovative initiatives that increase access and enhance digital learning opportunities for students.
Application Requirements:
- Prompt response of 500-800 words to the following question:
- What are 1 to 2 ways this grant will help bridge the digital gap for your students? What tools, technology, or initiatives would you implement to expand access and digital learning opportunities?
- Pictures/videos/media showing your leadership in action (optional but strongly encouraged)
- Color headshot
- Professional resume
- Principal/Administrator recommendation
